Pineapple Sherbert Recipe

Ingredients:
1 each: Pineapple,
1 cup: Water,
1 tbsp: Lemon juice,
1/4 cup: Sugar,
Directions:
Slice pineapple in half, lengthwise. Remove pulp and place in
saucepan with the remaining ingredients. Cook 5 minutes. Place in
food processor or blender until smooth. Freeze until firm. Remove
from freezer, beat until frothy, place into pineapple shell and
freeze until ready to serve.
