Pizza Mexicana Recipe

Ingredients:
1 can: Vegetarian Refried Beans Rosarita brand, 16oz can
1: Pre-baked pizza/bread crust 12-inch,
1 cup: Rosarita Picante Sauce Mild,
1/2 cup: Monterey Jack cheese shredded,
1/2 cup: Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can: Sliced black olives, drained 2-1/4 oz. can
12: Nacho sliced Jalapeno pepper drained,
1/4 cup: Sliced tomato,
Chopped cilantro,

Directions:
Evenly spread beans over top of pizza/bread crust. Top with remaining
ingredients in order given, EXECPT tomato and cilantro. Bake at
450-degrees F for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with
tomatoes and cilantro. Makes 4 servings. Additional toppings: sour
cream, diced green onions, guacamole and Rosarita salsa.
