Pork Chops & Rice (p/c) Recipe

Ingredients:
-MARY WILSON BWVB02B,
4: Pork Chops,
1 tbsp: Fat or drippings,
4 tbsp: Uncooked rice,
4 slice: Onion,
4 slice: Green pepper,
2 cup: Canned tomatoes,
1 tsp: Salt,
1/2 tsp: Pepper,

Directions:
Brown chops well on both sides in cooker in melted drippings. Place
rack under chops in cooker. On each chop put a tablespoon of rice, a
slice of onion and green pepper, and a section of tomato. Add salt
and pepper and cover with liquid from tomatoes. Pressure cook at 15
lbs. pressure for 15 minutes. Reduce pressure immediately. Serve 4.
