Pork Patties Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Ground Pork, lean
1 1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/2 tsp: Dried Sage,
1/4 tsp: Ground Nutmeg,
1/4 tsp: Pepper,
1/4 tsp: Dried Thyme,
pn Ground Ginger,
2 tbsp: Water,
Directions:
In a bowl combine all ingredients; mix well. Shape into six patties. =
Fry=20 in a skillet until meat is browned and cooked throughout.
Yield: 6=20 servings.
