Ingredients:
2 cup: All purpose flour,
1 1/2 cup: Sugar,
2 tsp: Cinnamon,
2 tsp: Baking soda,
1 tsp: Salt,
1/2 cup: Oil,
2 each: Eggs,
1/4 cup: Coffee,
1 1/2 tsp: Vanilla,
2 1/2 cup: Sliced peeled apples,
1 cup: Chopped nuts,

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees for 60
minutes
