Confetti Corn Recipe

Ingredients:
1 tbsp: Olive oil,
3 cup: Frozen corn kernels,
1/2 cup: Diced red bell pepper,
3/4 tsp: Chili powder,
3: Scallions, thinly sliced
1/4 tsp: Salt,
Directions:
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add corn, bell pepper
and chili powder. Increase heat to medium-high and cook, stirring
often, until corn is hot, about 2 minutes. Stir in scallions and
salt; cook
1 minute.
