Corn Bread Or Muffin Mix Recipe

Ingredients:
2 2/3 cup: Cornmeal, (stone ground if>>>

2 cup: A/P flour,
2 tbsp: Sugar, or more to taste
2 tsp: Salt,
2 tbsp: Baking powder,
Directions:
Whisk all ingreds. together in lge. bowl. Mix very thoroughly.
Divide mix into two zip lock bags. You should have 2 1/2 c. per bag.
Store at room temp.
