Corn Meal Muffins (selby) Recipe

Ingredients:
3/4 cup: Corn meal,
1 1/4 cup: Flour,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
2 tsp: Baking powder,
2 tbsp: Sugar,
2: Eggs,
3/4 cup: Milk,
2 tbsp: Lard,

Directions:
Sift dry ingredients together in bowl, add milk and melted lard and
beat well. Bake 20 minutes in hot oven.

Note: Hot oven is 400 - 450 F.
