Potatoes Lyonnaise Recipe

Ingredients:
3: Fresh Idaho potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 medium: Onions, sliced
2 tbsp: Butter or margarine,
2: Garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp: Salt,
1/8 tsp: Pepper,
1/8 tsp: Paprika,
Directions:
In 3-quart microwave-safe casserole combine all ingredients. Cover
loosely with plastic wrap; cook on High 15 to 20 minutes or until
potatoes and onions are tender, stirring several times. Let stand 5
minutes. Makes 6 servings.
