Ingredients:
2 cup: Flour,
3/4 cup: Sugar,
1 cup: Milk,
1 medium: Egg,
4 tsp: Baking powder,
3/4 cup: Melted margarine,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
2 cup: Brown sugar,
2 cup: Water,
1 tbsp: Flour,
1 tsp: Maple extract,

Directions:
PASTRY
: Mix the flour,sugar,milk,egg,baking powder,margarine and salt
in a
: bowl. SAUCE
: Mix the brown sugar,water,flour and maple extract into a bowl

Assembly
: Pour the sauce mixture in the bottom of a casserole dish and
then pour the pastry mix over the top.Bake at 375 F for 30 to 40 min.

Variation
: SAUCE:In place of the brown sugar and water,you can try 2
cups of
Maple syrup and 1 cup of water.

: FRUIT:You can add blueberries to the bottom of the casserole
dish
