Crawfish Chili Recipe

2 lbs: Lean ground beef,
2 lbs: Crawfish tails,
1 tsp: Garlic, chopped fine
2 tsp: Salt,
1 tbsp: Soy sauce,
1 tsp: Cayenne pepper,
1 tsp: Dried mint,
1 tbsp: Dried parsley,
3 tbsp: Chili powder,
1 can: , (8 oz) tomato sauce
1 cup: Dry white wine,
Water,
1 tsp: Lemon or lime juice,
1 cup: Chopped onions,
Bacon drippings,
Directions:
Brown meat in bacon drippings. Combine all other ingredients with
