Red Bean Dip Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup: COOKED RED KIDNEY BEANS OR U,
1 tsp: BLACK PEPPER,
1/2 tsp: SALT,
1/8 tsp: TABASCO SAUCE,
1 lbs: CHIPS OR CRACKERS,

Directions:
Drain red beans. Mix them with spices in a blender for a few minutes
until they are pureed. Add more Tabasco to taste. Mix well. Can be
served hot or at room temperature. Serve with crackers or chips.
Yields
1-1/2 cups.
