Ingredients:

FOR BEEF,POULTRY,PORK,LAMB
1 Small: garlic clove, crushed
1 tsp: Vegetable oil,
1/4 cup: Red wine,
1 tsp: Allspice berries, crushed
2 tsp: Black peppercorns, crushed

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Makes about 1/3 cup.
