Ingredients:
2 1/2 tsp: Active yeast,
2 1/4 cup: Bread flour,
1 cup: Rye flour,
2 tbsp: Gluten,
1 tsp: Salt,
1/2 tsp: Dry mustard,
1/8 tsp: Baking soda,
1 tsp: Caraway seeds,
3 ounce: Swiss cheese, shredded
1/4 cup: Sauerkraut, rinsed & drained
3 tbsp: Thousand island dressing,
1 cup: Plus 2 tbs warm water,
2 1/2 ounce: Deli sliced lean corn,
Beef,

Directions:
All ingredients must be at room temperature except water at 110
degree F. Add all ingredients to ABM in the order listed. Select
