Crustless Potato Quiche Recipe

Ingredients:
5: Eggs, beaten
3 cup: Frozen hash-brown potatoes from 26 oz pkg, thawed
4 ounce: , (1 cup) shredded cheddar
1/2 cup: Cottage cheese,
1: Green onion, chopped
1/4 tsp: Salt,
1/8 tsp: Seasoned pepper,
Dash hot pepper sauce,
Dash paprika,
6 slice: Turkey bacon, crisp&crumbled
Directions:
Heat oven to 350F. Crease a 9 inch pie pan. In a large bowl, combine
all ingredients except paprika and bacon. Mix well. Pour into greased
pan, sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350F for 30-40 minutes or until set. Sprinkle with bacon,
bake an additional 5 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving
