1 cup: Plain nonfat yogurt,
3 tbsp: Chopped fresh mint,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/2 tsp: Ground cumin,
1/8 tsp: Pepper,
4 cup: Sliced, peeled, seeded
Cucumbers,
Directions:
Combine yogurt, mint, salt, cumin, and pepper; stir in cucumbers to
coat. Cover and chill a half hour.
