Curry Powder #6 Recipe

Ingredients:
2 1/2 tbsp: Coriander Seeds,
2 tsp: Garlic Powder,
1 tbsp: Ground Cumin,
2 tsp: Ground Tumeric,
1 tsp: Ground Ginger,
1 tsp: Chili Seasoning,
1/2 tsp: Ground Allspice,
1 tbsp: Salt,
1 tbsp: Ground Black Pepper,
1/2 tbsp: Dry Mustard,
1/4 tsp: Saffron,
Directions:
Grind the coriander seeds, (sieve if any large husks remain). Blend
all of the ingredient together and store in an airtight jar. This
recipe makes 3 ounces of curry powder.
NOTE: THIS IS MADRAS STYLE CURRY POWDER AND IS VERY HOT.
