Daks Whole Grain Oat Bread (bread Machine) Recipe

Ingredients:
1 package: Yeast,
1 1/2 cup: Whole wheat flour,
1 cup: Better for Bread white flour,
1/2 cup: Oat bran,
1/2 cup: Quaker multi-grain 100%,
Natural hot cereal,
2 tbsp: Wheat germ,
1 tsp: Salt,
3 tbsp: Gluten,
1/2 cup: Applesauce,
1/2 cup: Raisins,
2: Egg whites or 1 egg or 1/4,
Egg substitute,
2/3 cup: Plus 3 t warm water,

Directions:

Set machines browning control to light. Put all the ingredients into
pan in the order listed, select "Oat/French" and push "Start."
