Date-nut Logs Recipe

Ingredients:
1 tbsp: Butter, softened
1/4 cup: Corn syrup,
1/2 tsp: Vanilla extract,
3 tbsp: Nonfat dry milk,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
2 cup: Sifted confectioners sugar,
1 cup: Finely cut dates,
1 cup: Chopped nuts,
Directions:
Servings: 1 1/4 pounds
DIRECTIONS: Blend butter, corn syrup and vanilla. Add nonfat dry milk,
salt, sugar and dates. Mix well, and shape in small rolls. Dip each
roll in nuts. (If nuts dont stick, moisten rolls with corn syrup.)
