Dedes Buttermilk Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/8 cup: Buttermilk or,
4 tbsp: Dry buttermilk powder and,
1 1/8 cup: Water,
, (for Welbilt/Dak machines
Add 2 T more buttermilk),
3 cup: Bread flour,
1 1/2 tsp: Salt,
1 tbsp: Butter or margarine,
3 tbsp: Honey,
1/4 tsp: Baking soda*,
1 1/2 tsp: Red Star active dry yeast,
Directions:
* Prodigy "research" has shown that if using powdered buttermilk we
should omit the baking soda.
Place all ingredients in bread pan, select Light Crust setting, and
