Deep South Cornbread Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup: Cornmeal,
1/2 cup: All-purpose flour,
1 tbsp: Baking powder,
1 tsp: Salt,
1 1/2 cup: Milk,
1/4 cup: Vegetable oil,
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. Stir in milk just until dry ingredients are
moistened. Add oil to batter, stirring well. Heat greased 8 inch
cast-iron skillet unitl very hot, pour in batter, then bake at 425
for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
