Roasted Pesto Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients:
3/4 cup: store bought pesto,
1 1/2 lbs: red potatoes, cut into 1 "

Directions:
: chunks

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large bowl, toss together the pesto
and the potatoes. Spread the potatoes out on a baking sheet. Bake for
45 minutes or until crispy and golden. Serve hot.
