Deer Marinade Iii Recipe

Ingredients:
1 each: Lemon, juice of
1/2 cup: Vinegar, wine
1/4 tsp: Tarragon,
2 each: Onions, sliced
1 tsp: Chili powder,
1/2 cup: Water,
2 tsp: Salt,
2 each: Bay leaves,
1/4 tsp: Pepper, black
1/2 cup: Tomato catsup,
1 each: Garlic clove, crushed
Directions:
Mix ingredients in a large bowl. Place meat therein and turn several
times. Cover. Marinade for from 2 hours to 48 hours, dependent upon
your assessment of tenderness and flavor. Save marinade for soups,
