7 1/2 lbs: pork, ground
4 ounce: salt,
1 ounce: black pepper, ground
1 1/2 ounce: Accent seasoning mix,
1 ounce: cayenne,
3 ounce: light brown sugar,
1 ounce: Louisiana hot sauce,
1 ounce: paprika,
3 ounce: Lea & Perrins,
Directions:
: Worcestershire Sauce
3 whole fresh green onion --
: chopped
Mix all of the above together well. Stuff in casing.
