1 lbs: Corned beef, cooked and cut
Into pieces,
1 can: , (14 oz) sauerkraut
1 1/2 cup: Water,
3/4 tsp: Caraway seed,
1 1/2 cup: Dry rice,
1/2 cup: Prepared Thousand Island,
Dressing,
3 ounce: Swiss cheese, cut into
Strips,
Directions:
Mix corned beef,sauerkraut,water and caraway seed in a large
skillet.Bring to a full boil.Stir in rice.Pour dressing over rice and
top with cheese.Cover;remove from heat.Let stand 5 minutes.Makes 4
servings.
