Ingredients:
2 1/2 tsp: Yeast,
3 cup: Whole wheat flour,
2 tbsp: Vital gluten,
3/4 cup: Scallions, diced very fine
1/4 cup: Sun-dried tomatoes, (packed in air), diced
1 1/2 cup: Buttermilk,
1 tbsp: Applesauce,
1/2 tsp: Dried basil,
3 Cloves: garlic, minced
1/2 cup: Low-fat cheese,
1 tbsp: Caraway seeds,
1/2 tsp: Dried oregano,
1/2 cup: Sunflower seeds,

Directions:
Place ingredients in ABM in order recommended by your manufacturer.
Turn on. When breadmachine is finished, slice and eat.
