Dried Tomato Pasta Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
6: Dried tomatoes, cut into 1/8
6: Dried shiitake mushrooms,
1 bunch: Green onions, chopped
2 centiliter: Garlic, chopped
1/4 tsp: Crushed red pepper,
1/4 tsp: Oregano, optional

tomatoes (soak in cold water about 20 min), cut into 1/8" stri
Simply saute the red peppers for about 30 seconds, add the garlic,
saute 30 sec more, add the tomatoes and mushrooms and saute for 1-2
minutes. Add and black pepper to taste before tossing with pasta.
Great quick meal for summer!
