1/2 cup: Fat free yogourt, (fresh or
Frozen),

OPTIONAL
Flavorings, (vanilla,
Chocolate syrup),
Protein powder or,
Nutritional yeast for extra,
Pep,

Directions:
Blend ten seconds in a blender and carry around the house while you
get dressed! Delicious and easy.
