Ingredients:

FOR 1-1/2 LB. LOAF
1 package: Yeast,
1 tbsp: White sugar,
1 1/2 cup: Bread flour,
1 1/2 cup: Medium rye flour,
1/4 cup: Whole wheat flour,
1/2 cup: Unprocessed bran flakes,
1 tbsp: Caraway seeds,
1 tsp: Salt,
1 tsp: Instant coffee powder,
1/4 tsp: Fennel seeds,

HEAT THE FOLLOWING OVER LOW

HEAT; STIRRING FREQUENTLY

TILL CHOCOLATE AND BUTTER

MELT. COOL TO 105-115 F
1 cup: Plus 2 Tbsp water,
2 tbsp: Molasses,
2 tbsp: Cider vinegar,
2 tbsp: Butter,
1/2 ounce: Unsweetened chocolate,

Directions:
Add all ingredients to the pan, select white bread and push start.
