Salade Verte Viniagrette Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Torn mixed salad greens,
1/2 cup: Fresh mushroom slices,
2 tbsp: Capers,
3/4: Reserved viniagrette dressing, from appetizer recipe
2 tbsp: Dijon mustard,
Directions:
Divide salad greens and mushroom slices onto two salad plates.
Sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon capers. Combine viniagrette dressing
with mustard -- mix well. Pour mustard viniagrette over salads. Makes
2 servings.
