10 each: SLICES OF BACON, PART FRIED
1 cup: GRATED SWISS CHEESE,
2 each: GREEN ONIONS & TOPS, SLICED
4 each: EGGS, BEATEN
1 1/2 cup: LIGHT CREAM,
1 1/4 tsp: SALT,
1/8 tsp: WHITE PEPPER,
4 ounce: FRESH MUSHROOMS, OPTIONAL
Directions:
IN A LARGE BOWL, COMBINE CHEESE, EGGS, BACON (CUT IN 1" PIECES),
ONIONS, CREAM, SALT AND PEPPER. ADD MUSHROOMS IF DESIRED. POUR INTO
LIGHTLY BUTTERED 8" SQUARE DISH. BAKE. REMOVE FROM OVEN AND LET STAND
FOR A FEW MINUTES BEFORE SERVING.
