Savory Porkchops Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 lbs: Pork Loin Chops,
1 tbsp: Garlic, Minced
1 tsp: Cumin, ground
1 tsp: Saltsubstitute,
1/2 tsp: Coriander,
1/4 tsp: Red Pepper,
1/4 tsp: Black Pepper,
2: Potatoes, baked
1 cup: Applesauce, unsweetened
1 cup: Braised Red Cabbage,
Directions:
1. Freeze chops for 20 minutes. Trim off all visible fat. 2. In a cup,
combine the seasons; spread the mix equally on both sides of chops. 3.
Cover with plastic wrap; refridgerate for 2-8 hours. 4. Place the
chops on a broiler rack and broil 4 inches from heat, until the chops
are browned and crusty; 8-12 minutes per side. 5. Serve with baked
potatoes, applesauce and cabbage.
