Schnapped Peaches Recipe

Ingredients:
4: Peaches, ripe, peeled
1/4 cup: Peach Schnapps,
1/2 cup: Whipping Cream,
1: Orange, juice, grated rind
Directions:
Servings: 4
Slice peaches thinly and place in a bowl. Pour peach schnapps over
fruit and marinate at room temperature for 15 minutes. In a separate
bowl, whip cream until it holds its shape. Beat in orange rind and
juice. Pile peaches into individual serving dishes, pour any
remaining juice over fruit, and top with whipped cream. Serves 4.
