Sea Coast Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 cup: Butter Or Regular Margarine,
1/4 cup: Unbleached Flour,
2 1/2 cup: Milk,
1 tsp: Salt,
1 dash: Pepper,
1 1/2 cup: Cheddar, Sharp, Shredded
1/4 cup: Parmesan Cheese, Grated
1 lbs: Fish Fillets, Cooked, Flaked
2 1/2 ounce: Mushrooms, Drained, 1 Cn/Jar
1/4 cup: Pimento, Chopped
Rice, Hot, Cooked
Directions:
Make a white sauce with the butter, milk, flour and seasonings. Add
the cheeses and stir until they are melted. Stir in the flaked fish,
mushrooms and pimento and heat through. Serve over the hot rice and
garnish with parsley, if desired.
