Duchess Meat-loaf Pie Recipe

Ingredients:
1 each: Envelope Onion soup mix,
1 1/2 cup: Water,
2 lbs: Ground beef,
Hot Mashed potatoes,

Directions:
1. Stir soup mix into water in a 2 cup measure.

2. Measure out 1/2 cup soup and blend into ground beef in a larg bowl;
shape mixture into a thick 8-inch round paty in a large frying pan;
cut into 6 wedges.

3. Pour remaining soup over; cover; cook over medium heat 25
minutes, or until done as you like beef.

4. To serve, sppon hot mashed potatoes into a mound on top of meat;
dip gravy from bottom of pan with a sppon and drizzle over.
