2 2/3 cup: Flour,
2 tsp: Baking soda,
2/3 cup: Cocoa powder,
2 cup: White sugar,
1 tsp: Salt,
2 cup: Water,
2 tsp: Vanilla,
2/3 cup: Vegetable oil,
2 tsp: White vinegar,

Directions:

Sift dry ingredients into a bowl. Add liquid. Mix well. Transfer to
13 X 9 X 2-inch pan. Bake at 350F for 35 minutes.
