Egg & Beef Scramble Recipe

Ingredients:
2 tbsp: Butter,
3 1/2 ounce: Pkg. dried beef,
6: Eggs, slightly beaten
1/8 tsp: Pepper,
3 tbsp: Milk,
3 ounce: Pkg cream cheese, softened
Directions:
In skillet, melt butter on low heat. Tear beef into bite-sized pieces.
Saute in butter 3-4 minutes or until lightly browned. Combine eggs
with pepper, milk, & cream cheese. Pour into skillet & slowly cook
until cheese is melted & eggs are thoroughly cooked. 2-3 servings.
