Ingredients:
1: Egg white,
2 1/4 tsp: Nonfat milk powder,
2 tsp: Safflower oil,

Directions:
Combine ingredients in a blender,; whirl. Yield is the equivalent of
1 egg.

Note: May be frozen. Will keep in the refrigerator for 1 week.

Recipe may be multiplied. Can be used in recipes calling for regular
