2 Cloves: garlic,
6: Ripe tomatoes, chopped
6: Green chiles, roast, peel,
Chop,
1 medium: White onion, chopped
1 tsp: Salt, or to taste
1 tsp: Pepper,
1 tsp: Vinegar,
1 tsp: Oil,
1 bunch: Cilantro, chopped

Directions:

Mash garlic in a wooden salad bowl. Add remaining ingredients,
including cilantro, if desired, and toss. Chill before serving.
