Ethiopian Honey Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Milk,
3 tbsp: Water,
6 tbsp: Honey,
1: Egg,
3 1/2 tbsp: Butter,
3 1/4 cup: Flour,
2 tsp: Coriander,
1/2 tsp: Cloves,
1/2 tsp: Cinnamon,
1 tsp: Salt,
1 1/2 tsp: Yeast,

Directions:
All ingredients should be room temperature. Add ingredients
according to the bread machine directions. Bake on full cycle, light
crust.

* I ususally add about 1/3 c raisins for a more interesting taste
