Evas Zucchini Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
3: Eggs,
1 cup: Vegetable oil,
2 cup: Granulated sugar,
2 cup: Shredded zucchini,
2 tsp: Vanilla,
3 cup: Flour,
1 tsp: Baking soda,
1 tsp: Salt,
1/2 tsp: Baking powder,
1 tsp: Cinnamon,
3/4 cup: Chopped walnuts,
1 cup: Raisins, optional
Directions:
Beat the eggs. Add the oil and sugar, and mix well. Preheat the oven
to 325 F. Grease and flour 2 bread pans. Mix all dry ingredients
together, and add sugar/egg/oil mixture to it. Fold in the zucchini
and nuts (also raisins, if used) Bake 1 1/2 hours.
