Festive Turkey Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
1 package: Rice,long-grain white, 6oz
1: Green pepper, small,chopped
2 1/2 tbsp: Onion, minced
1/4 tsp: Pepper, seasoned
1/2 cup: Almonds, sliced,toasted
3/4 cup: Turkey broth,
3 tbsp: Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 lbs: Mushrooms, fresh,sliced
6 tbsp: Butter,
2 tsp: Salt, seasoned
3 cup: Turkey, cooked,cubed
1 can: Pimiento,diced, 2oz
1/2 cup: Whipping cream,
Directions:
1. Cook rice according to package directions, but do not add packet of
seasonings.
2. Combine all ingredients except Parmesan cheese and 3 tablespoons
butter in a greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish or 3-quart casserole
dish.
3. Cover and bake in preheated 350F. oven 30 minutes.
4. Remove cover; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and dot with butter.
5. Increase heat to 450F.; bake 5 minutes longer.
