Feta Dip (ostmaestaren) Recipe

Ingredients:
200 gram: Feta,
6 tbsp: Milk,
2 tbsp: Parsley,
1 tsp: Lemon juice,
1/2 tsp: Oregano,
Black pepper, ground
1: Garlic clove -pressed,
Directions:
Mash the feta and the milk. Add parsley, lemon juice, garlic, oregano
and black pepper and mix it. Place in the refrigerator for 30
minutes. Serve with cherry tomatoes, olives and sticks of different
vegetables.
