Floy Belle Bowens Rhubarb Pie Recipe

Ingredients:
3 cup: Rhubarb, diced
1 1/2 cup: Sugar,
1: Egg, slightly beaten
3 tbsp: Flour,
Pinch salt,
Pastry for 2 pie crust pie,

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix together all ingredients and place
in pastry shell. Score top crust and place over Rhubarb mixture;
flute edges. Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees, then 1 hour at 350
degrees.
