Four-layer Lemon Pie Recipe

Ingredients:

LAYER
1 1/2 cup: Flour,
1/2 cup: Vegetable oil,
2 tbsp: Sugar, heaping
5 tbsp: Milk,

LAYER
8 ounce: Cream cheese, softened
4 ounce: Whipped topping,
1 cup: Powdered sugar,

LAYER
6 ounce: Instant lemon pudding mix,
3 cup: Milk,

LAYER
4 ounce: Whipped topping,

Directions:
LAYER 1: Mix all ingredients together and pat into a pie pan.Bake in
a preheated 400 degree oven until browned,8 to 10 minutes.
LAYER 2: Beat together and pour into pie shell.Chill.
LAYER 3: Mix until thickened and pour on cream cheese layer.Chill.
LAYER 4: Cover pie with 4 oz. whipped topping.Chill until serving
time.Serves 8
