Soft Chocolate Frosting/filling Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Sugar,
3 tbsp: Potato starch, (or corn
Starch),
1/8 tsp: Salt,
1 cup: Boiling water,
2 tbsp: Margarine,
1 cup: Chocolate chips, (6 oz)
1 tsp: Vanilla, or pkg vanilla
Sugar,
Directions:
Mix sugar, starch, and salt, add boiling water. Cook, stirring
constantly, till it comes to a boil, boil one min. and remove from he
at. Stir in chips till smooth. Stir in margarine and vanilla. Spread
while warm.
If using vanilla sugar, add with the regular sugar.
