Soft & Moist Nut Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 cup: Water,
3/4 cup: Cottage cheese,
3/4 cup: Sour cream,
3 tbsp: Sugar,
1 1/2 tbsp: Butter,
2 1/2 cup: White bread flour,
2 tsp: Yeast,
1/2 cup: Whole wheat flour,
1 cup: Broken walnuts,
1/3 cup: Quick cooking oats,
1/2 cup: Raisins,
1 1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/4 tsp: Soda,
2 tsp: Cinnamon,
Directions:
Heat first 5 ingredients till lukewarm. Put remaining ingredients in
pan, add warmed ingredients, and press start. This is a wonderful
bread.
