Soft Pretezels Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Water,
1 package: Yeast,
1 tbsp: Sugar,
1 1/2 cup: Flour,
2 tbsp: Soft Butter,
1/2 tbsp: Salt,
1 1/4 cup: Flour,
1: Egg,

Directions:
Combine the first 3 ingredients and let stand until it bubbles.
Combine the next 3 ingredients and add the yeast mixture. Add
remaining flour and kneed 2-3 minutes. Divide into 8-10 pieces and
roll out into a rope. Shape into pretezels. Place on greased cookie
sheets and brush with eggs. Sprinkle with coarse salt. Bake in a
preheated 425F oven for 12-15 minutes.
