Ingredients:
3 medium: Nectarines, peeled and Sliced
1/3 cup: Water,
1/4 cup: Sugar,
1 tbsp: Lemon juice,
1 cup: Blueberries or blackberries,
1 cup: Strawberries,

Directions:
While we like this fruit and sorbet combination as a salad, its also.
Place nectarines, water, sugar and lemon juice in blender or food
processor Cover and blend on high speed, or process, until smooth.
Pour int loaf pan, 9 X 5 X 3 inches. Cover and freeze about 2 hours
or until almost firm.Break nectarine mixture into chunks into bowl.
Beat on low speed about 2 minutes or until smooth. Pour into loaf
pan. Freeze about 4 hours or until almost firm.Scoop nectarine
mixture onto individual plates. Arrange berries around mixture. 6
SERVINGS (ABOUT 1/3 CUP EACH); 75 CALORIES PER SERVING.
