Sorbetto Di Pesca Bianca(white Peach Sorbet) Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs: White peaches,
1/2 cup: Granualted sugar,
2 tbsp: Freshly squeezed lemon juic,

Directions:
Wash peahces, then peel them and chop coarsely after removing pit. Put
peaches and sugar in food processor;blend until liquified. Add lemon
juice and blend for a few seconds longer. Transfer to ice cream maker
and freeze according to manufacturer; instruction
